  • Moodle is designed to be an online extension of your classroom. When faced with the demands and requirements of teaching, we all wish there was more time in the day to work with students. Moodle can be used to gain back time by allowing the classroom to extend beyond the time and walls of the traditional classroom.

Moodle can be used as a communicative tool, a collaborative tool, an assessment tool, and an organizational tool, tailored to the needs and desires of the classroom teacher. It shifts how teachers use their professional time, reducing paperwork and menial tasks while continuing to focus on quality teaching and open communication.

This VERY hands-on course will take you though some of the features of Moodle from the perspective of a student with the hope that you will leave with an understanding of how Moodle could support your classroom.
